Rocket Pharma (Nasdaq: RCKT)

Deliveroo (Maple)

Maple is a food delivery service company that was acquired by Deliveroo in May 2017.  Maple’s technology and kitchen design expertise accelerates the growth of Deliveroo’s platform focused on helping restaurants launch, test and roll out menus nationwide without the need for a high street premise. Deliveroo currently provides online restaurant ordering and meal delivery in over 200 cities.

Sold to Allergan in October 2018.  Bonti is an innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of novel, fast-acting neurotoxin products for aesthetic and therapeutic applications. The company was founded in 2015 and led by executives with extensive experience previously obtained at Allergan plc with botulinum neurotoxin products from discovery, clinical, supply chain, regulatory and commercialization perspectives.

La Jolla Pharmaceutical (Nasdaq: LJPC)

La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company focuses on the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapeutics for chronic organ failure and cancer, and is dedicated to the development of treatments that significantly improve outcomes in patients with life-threatening diseases.

Ignyta (Nasdaq: RXDX)
Sold to Roche in February 2018. Ignyta, Inc. is a biotechnology company catalyzing personalized medicine in cancer that is pursuing an integrated Rx/Dx strategy of combining highly targeted drug discovery and development with companion diagnostics for patient selection. Ignyta’s goal is to discover and develop revolutionary new drugs that target activated genes in cancer cells for the customized treatment of cancer patients. The company leverages its proprietary cancer and immunology genomic and epigenomic knowledge bases to discover novel targets and deliver the next generation of targeted therapeutics accompanied by highly informative biomarkers for patient selection, treatment, and monitoring.

Sold to Allergan in 2016. Anterios is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing a next generation delivery system and botulinum toxin-based prescription products. Anterios' proprietary NDS platform delivery technology enables local, targeted delivery of neurotoxins through the skin without the need for injections. Allergan also acquired global rights to Anterios’ investigational topical formulation botulinum toxin type A in development for the potential treatment of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), acne, and crow's feet lines.

Sold to Volcano in 2007.  CardioSpectra was founded in 2005 by Marc D. Feldman, M.D., of the Health Science Center and Thomas E. Milner, Ph.D., of UT Austin. The Company was acquired by Volcano in 2007. CardioSpectra is looking for innovative ways to image blood vessel plaques that are vulnerable to rupture. A better method of imaging these plaques could dramatically reduce the number of sudden deaths from strokes and heart attacks precipitated by plaque ruptures.

Halozyme Therapeutics (Nasdaq: HALO)
Halozyme Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing products targeting the extracellular matrix for the endocrinology, oncology, dermatology and drug delivery markets. The company's product portfolio is primarily based on intellectual property covering the family of human enzymes known as hyaluronidases and additional enzymes that affect the extracellular matrix.

NeoStem (NYSE: NBS)
NeoStem, Inc. develops and manufactures cell therapies. The Company through its subsidiaries offers contract manufacturing services and is developing a cell therapy for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Sold in August 2017. Alamito Minerals LP acquires mineral, royalty, and overriding royalty interests located in new and developing plays within the Permian Basin. The primary area of focus for Alamito’s acquisition efforts is the Wolfbone trend located in Pecos and Reeves Counties. 

Barilla Draw

Sold to Occidental Petroleum by the operator, J Cleo Thompson in December 2012.  Barilla Draw is a 40,000+ acre drilling and development project in the heart of the Wolfbone shale with over 200 wells drilled on the project at the time of acquisition.

Colt Unconventional Resources

Sold to Firewheel Energy in March 2014.  Colt Unconventional Resources (CUR) owned a non-op working interest in Wolfbone lease acreage in Reeves County, Texas, operated by Resolute Energy

Credo West
Sold to Energen Corporation in December 2012 as emphasis evolved from vertical Wolfcamp wells to horizontal Cline production.  Located in the Eastern portion of the Permian basin, Credo West is a 5,600 acre leasehold in the Cline and Wolfcamp shales. 

Smith Pipe
Smith Pipe has well service rigs and plug and abandonment rigs completely outfitted for the most versatile and efficient operations.  Smith Pipe offers a wide variety of tubulars, normally with over a million feet on hand. Smith Pipe also has a wide variety of pumping units, well heads and hook-ups and down-hole equipment from packers to cementing equipment. Smith Pipe's manufacturing facility constantly produces storage tanks, separators, heaters, water knockouts and gun barrels to our customers' specifications.

Sold to Windstream Holdings in December 2011. PAETEC personalizes communications for business-class customers across the United States. We offer a comprehensive suite of data, voice, and IP services, as well as enterprise communications management software, network security solutions, CPE, and managed services.

ServiceNow, Inc.  (NYSE: NOW)
ServiceNow, Inc. provides cloud-based services to automate enterprise information technology (IT) operations worldwide. Its services include a suite of applications built on its proprietary platform that automates workflow and integrates related business processes.

Sold to Oracle in February 2012. Eloqua (NASDAQ: ELOQ), a JMI Equity Fund IV portfolio company, delivers marketing automation and revenue performance management software that ensures every component of marketing works harder and more efficiently to drive revenue.

Sold to Hewlett-Packard in March 2004.  TruLogica Inc. develops and markets context-based identity management solutions for complex and extended enterprises.

Sold to Alcatel-Lucent In 2008.  Motive is a leading provider of digital life management solutions for fixed and mobile broadband services. Motive’s solutions portfolio helps telco, wireless, cable and satellite operators wolrdwide deliver and manage a new generation of IP-based services that seamlessly integrate voice, video and data into a single connected experience for customers at-home or on the go.

Sold to RealPage in 2008. RealPage, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand software and services to the multifamily industry, acquired OpsTechnology, the largest electronic purchasing marketplace for multifamily owners, at the Multifamily Executive Conference in Las Vegas.

OMG was formed to create and publish handheld games for multiple platforms - Apple iOS / Windows OS and Android.   Titles include Left Bee-Hind (HD), Bloxus (HD), Spell Slinger (HD), and  My Vampire Boyfriend (HD).


Highlands Bank

Sold to ViewPoint Bank in 2012.   Highlands Bank, among the highest capitalized banks in Texas, is a premier community bank locally owned and operated in Dallas, Texas.   Highlands Bank CEO Kevin Hanigan took over as CEO of the ViewPoint Bank and its parent company ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc.

Waste Corporation of America
Sold to Macquarie Infrastructure Partners in 2012. WCA is a vertically integrated, non-hazardous solid waste management company providing non-hazardous solid waste collection, transfer, processing, and disposal services in the south and central regions of the United States. As of December 31, 2007, WCA served approximately 333,000 commercial, industrial and residential customers in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
